Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

4Meet is a meeting scheduling service: booking links, team calendars and synchronization with external calendars. This policy explains which personal data we process, why, with whom we share it and what your rights are, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018 — LGPD). This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails in case of conflict.

1. Who processes the data

4Meet, available at 4meet.com.br, is operated by T.P.T LTDA (Brazilian company registration CNPJ 57.718.097/0001-90, Curitiba/PR, Brazil), which is responsible for user account data. When a company subscribes to 4Meet and registers its team, that company decides how the service is used by its staff; in those cases 4Meet processes data on its behalf.

2. Data we collect

  • Account: name, email, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), job title, time zone and the company you belong to.
  • Your 4Meet calendar: meeting types, availability hours, time blocks and booked meetings (title, date, time, location and participants).
  • People who book through a link: name, email, phone number, time zone and the answers and notes they provide in the form.
  • Connected external calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook): title, start and end date and time of your events, whether an event is all-day and whether it is marked as busy or free; plus the access tokens issued by the provider, stored encrypted.
  • Invitation request: name, company, phone number, email and how you heard about 4Meet, provided in the form on the Plans page and used only to contact you about access.
  • Usage and security: sign-in records (date and time) and a log of the emails sent by the service.

We do not collect card payment data, and we do not read emails, contacts or files from your Google or Microsoft accounts.

3. How we use it

  • To show people who book only the time slots in which you are free.
  • To create, change and cancel meetings and notify participants by email.
  • To write booked meetings to your connected calendar, with attendees, a video room and reminders.
  • To keep the account secure, prevent fraud and provide support.
  • To produce usage indicators for the subscribing company (for example, hours in meetings) and, in aggregate, to operate the service.

The legal bases are the performance of the contract with the user or the subscribing company, our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service and, for connecting external calendars, your consent, given on the provider's authorization screen.

4. Google user data

When you connect Google Calendar, 4Meet requests access to view and edit events on your calendars. We use this access exclusively to: (a) read the times of your events so that we do not offer busy time slots; (b) create, update and delete the events for meetings booked through 4Meet; and (c) reflect in 4Meet the cancellation or time change you make to those events.

4Meet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, do not transfer it to third parties (except as necessary to provide the service, to comply with the law or with your consent) and do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. Our staff do not read this data except with your permission, for security purposes or to comply with the law.

You can disconnect your calendar at any time under Integrações in 4Meet, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the access tokens and our copy of your events.

5. Microsoft account data

When you connect Outlook, 4Meet requests access to your calendar and basic profile, for the same purposes and with the same limits described for Google. The connection can be removed under Integrações in 4Meet or in your Microsoft account settings.

6. Who we share with

  • Meeting participants: the host sees the data provided by the person booking; the person booking sees the host's name and the meeting details.
  • The subscribing company: account administrators see their own team's meetings and indicators.
  • Service providers: website hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase, with data stored in Brazil), email delivery (Resend) and the calendar providers you connect (Google and Microsoft).
  • Authorities: when required by law or court order.

We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD.

7. Retention

We keep data while the account is active. After the account is closed, data is deleted or anonymized, except what we must keep to comply with legal obligations or to defend legal claims. Our copy of external calendar events is deleted when you disconnect the calendar.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords stored only as irreversible hashes, calendar access tokens encrypted in the database and access control by account and role. No system is immune to failure; in the event of a relevant incident we will notify those affected and the competent authority.

9. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, withdraw consent and ask about sharing. Write to suporte@4meet.com.br. If your data was registered by a company that is a 4Meet customer, we may forward the request to it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).

10. Cookies

We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember display preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top indicates the version in force; relevant changes will be announced within the service.
